Integrative Therapy and Counselling
Life can be a difficult and painful experience that leaves us disconnected from who we are. Therapy can help us understand, reconnect to and develop our relationship with ourselves.
Deep within all of us, there lies a profound and powerful drive to grow. No matter who we are, what we do or how we live, there is a part of us that is striving to flourish, to thrive, to become.
Wild Growth is a therapy and counselling service that provides a safe and non-judgemental space to explore challenges you face, work towards goals you have set for yourself and improve your mental health and well-being.
I work integratively and draw from a range of ways of working personalised to each client. It can involve what’s happening in the here and now, what happened in the past and what you’d like to work towards in the future.
I believe play is an essential part of the human condition. Part of our work together can involve exploring your relationship to play and creativity, and how these can be leveraged to improve your mental health and your understanding of yourself.
About Me
I’m Tom Burgess, a qualified therapist based in London, currently working online in private practice. I am registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and hold a CPCAB Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (BACP approved).
